Orthopaedic Assessment & Treatment

While dizziness is my speciality, I am still available to help with your regular physiotherapy needs as well

Over the years my treatment styles have changed with each new course, each new job, each new patient population - I’m always looking to learn and add new things to my toolkit. Over the years I have worked in post-op rehab, stroke rehab, acute care, general sports injury clinics, and mixed neurology clinics. That said, I’m also not naïve enough to believe I can do everything - no one can! Not sure if we’re a good fit? Shoot me an email and let’s chat, I’ll never mislead you, and know some great practitioners if I think a referral is best.

Overall I would describe my treatment style for traditional physiotherapy as being very hands on. I will rarely ever complete a session without some thorough manual therapy work. While manual therapy is usually the “feel good” part, I also identify the importance of appropriate exercises - ones that patients feel they can actually manage to do at home.

My ideal clients care concerns with:

  • Neck pain

  • Headaches or Migraines

  • Upper back pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Any neurological diagnosis/concerns
